Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated EHS&S EPS Composition Specialist responsible for accurately determining and creating product compositions related to Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S) using established procedures. This role involves managing product, raw material, and formulation data requests while ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting related operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and document EHS&S EPS product compositions via standardized work processes and job aids.
- Handle incoming requests for new products, raw materials, and formulations promptly and within defined service level agreements.
- Maintain detailed product composition records within EHS&S information systems.
- Validate composition data to comply with internal business rules and external regulatory standards.
- Ensure that composition data effectively supports downstream regulatory compliance and product stewardship initiatives.
- Detect and address data integrity issues such as incomplete, inconsistent, or duplicated composition entries.
- Conduct root cause analyses for recurring data quality problems and implement corrective actions with appropriate audit documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Product Stewardship and Quality Assurance teams to support compliance and investigative activities related to product composition.

The ideal candidate will ensure the precision, thoroughness, and regulatory adherence of EHS&S Enterprise Product Stewardship composition data. This role plays a vital part in supporting product stewardship, quality management, and operational excellence by maintaining exemplary data standards and driving continuous improvements.
