About the Role
Amma Social Welfare Association (ASWA) invites applications for the position of Education Program Coordinator based in Shadnagar, Telangana. This role goes beyond traditional teaching duties and focuses on providing quality education to children from underserved communities. The coordinator will be deeply involved in supporting and mentoring educators, enhancing government schools and community learning centers, as well as collaborating with parents and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct teaching and inspiration to children.
- Offer mentorship and support to teachers to enhance their effectiveness.
- Strengthen the functioning and impact of government schools and community learning centers.
- Engage with parents and local communities to foster educational development.
- Coordinate educational programs, organize events, and manage field activities aimed at improving learning experiences.
- Contribute actively towards raising the quality of education for children from underprivileged backgrounds.
Candidate Profile and Preferences
The ideal candidate should be passionate about education, enjoy working closely with children and community members, and be open to learning, reading, traveling, and experimenting with new educational ideas. A commitment to making a social impact is essential.
