Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming stock shipments and conduct thorough quality inspections for each product across all models and colors, flagging any defects and ensuring proper organization and preparedness for sales.
• Carefully prepare and pack customer orders, paying close attention to details that enhance the unboxing experience and convey a special touch to customers.
• Coordinate with customer support to efficiently manage product returns, exchanges, and outgoing shipments, ensuring smooth operations and positive customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate and current inventory records on the company website and develop comprehensive monthly inventory reports to monitor stock levels.
