Ecommerce Coordinator

About the Role

GreenDot Tea Production Company is looking for a proactive and well-organized Ecommerce Coordinator to expand and manage its online business activities in Kigali, Rwanda. The chosen candidate will oversee daily e-commerce processes, assist customers, manage online sales channels, and contribute to boosting sales via effective digital marketing approaches.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and synchronize daily activities relating to e-commerce operations.
• Regularly upload and update product information across online platforms.
• Track customer inquiries, process orders, manage payments, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Aid in executing digital marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Evaluate sales data and prepare analytical reports highlighting customer behavior and trends.
• Establish and nurture strong connections with clients and commercial partners.
• Improve customer service standards and foster greater online interaction.
• Collaborate with various departments to guarantee efficient order processing.
• Identify fresh market prospects and offer innovative ideas for business expansion.
