Overview
LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics - MENA is seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator to join their Dubai-based support office. This role demands fluency in Arabic, both written and spoken, and is designed for immediate starters at an entry-level or junior position. As an Ecommerce Coordinator, you will spearhead efforts to elevate website sales across the UAE and Bahrain markets, concentrating on boosting visitor numbers and fostering strong, lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead the operational aspects of eCommerce, including managing CRM strategies, digital content creation, and coordinating third-party integrations to deliver a flawless online shopping experience. Collaborating closely with the Brand Manager, the Brand Team, Mail Order Manager, and the UK team, you will act as a vigilant brand ambassador, ensuring all customer interactions align with LUSH's core values and vision.
Customer Engagement
Beyond typical communications, this role focuses on cultivating meaningful connections with customers, enhancing their shopping journey from initial discovery to checkout with authenticity and care.
