  • Perform competitive analysis on pricing, promotions, product mixes, and digital strategies among marketplace competitors.
  • Advise pricing strategies ensuring alignment with brand positioning, competitive environment, and profitability goals.
  • Execute customer segmentation and cohort analysis to tailor campaigns and boost customer retention.
  • Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams to optimize acquisition funnels and repeat purchase rates.
  • Lead and mentor a small team, defining objectives and supporting professional development.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Between 5 and 6 years of practical experience in ecommerce analytics, digital retail, or marketplace management.
  • Demonstrated track record managing operations on at least two marketplaces such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, or Nykaa Seller Panel.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools like GA4, Adobe Analytics, or Mixpanel.
  • Expertise in dashboard creation using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Strong grasp of ecommerce profit and loss statements, margins, and commercial levers.
  • Excellent communicative competence with the ability to present findings clearly to both business units and senior leaders.
