Digital Program Manager

Role Overview

The Digital Program Manager will lead comprehensive digital transformation initiatives, guiding projects from start through to successful completion. This role involves extensive planning, execution, and governance to ensure multiple workstreams are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of digital transformation programs, ensuring seamless coordination among various teams.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Business departments to guarantee smooth project operations.
• Identify and address program risks, issues, and dependencies proactively to minimize disruptions.
• Utilize tools such as JIRA and Confluence to monitor project milestones, progress, and releases.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and Program Reviews to promote continuous improvement.
• Manage stakeholder communications through frequent status reports, governance meetings, and executive-level updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to remove obstacles and drive effective program delivery.
• Develop release plans, comprehensive project dashboards, documentation, and management-level reports.
• Champion process enhancements and apply Agile best practices to optimize delivery workflows.
• Ensure projects adhere to timelines, uphold quality standards, and comply with organizational policies.
• Mentor team members and cultivate a collaborative culture focused on high performance.
