Working Hours and Location

• Based at DPD Guildford - Prime 24, Lyon Way, GU16 7EX.
• Permanent position with a 40-hour work week.
• Scheduled shifts run Sunday through Thursday, from 12:00 to 20:30.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist drivers in navigating and resolving difficult address issues to ensure efficient route completion.
• Maintain and manage "Saturn" handheld devices, promptly reporting any technical malfunctions.
• Professionally handle customer inquiries while monitoring depot Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct driver debrief sessions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure the depot environment is safe and secure for all employees.
• Receive full training and provided equipment including uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE).
