Role Summary

We are seeking a data intern to join our Product Operations team, working in an environment that merges quality, data, and artificial intelligence in daily practices. This position involves supporting the collection of indicators, developing dashboards, and creating or validating AI-driven automations. This is a true opportunity to apply and expand your skills with advanced tools while contributing to decisions impacting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare reports and analyses concerning the team's deliverables.
Monitor KPIs related to quality, productivity, SLA compliance, tickets, and failure recurrences.
Assist in organizing, cleaning, standardizing, and updating datasets supporting these indicators.
Examine data to identify deviations and communicate findings to supervisors to aid decision-making.
Support requirement gathering, develop, test, document, and implement process automations, including AI solutions.
Conduct testing and validation of dashboards, automations, and AI tools before operational deployment.
Verify AI-generated responses for accuracy based on source information.
Document testing procedures, validation criteria, outcomes, and evidence related to dashboards, automations, and AI implementations.
Assist in structuring and developing dashboards.
Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, flowcharts, decision rules, and other process documentation.
Compile results from ticket handling activities.

Note

The responsibilities are primarily supportive and oriented toward learning under supervision, without financial or decision-making accountability, in compliance with the Brazilian Internship Law (Law No. 11.788/2008).

Qualifications

Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Administration, Information Systems, Production Engineering, Data Science, or related areas.
Available to work Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity and interest in applying AI tools in daily tasks, including prompt crafting and maintenance (best practices).
Proficiency with Office packages / Google Workspace (Excel, Word/Documents, and Email).
Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including data organization, filters, basic formulas, pivot tables, and chart creation.
Interest in quality assurance, processes, data analytics, and automation.
