Role Overview

The Data Entry Operator at Al Mujtama Pharmacy in Jiddah is entrusted with accurately inputting information from multiple sources, managing databases, verifying the correctness of data, and organizing files for straightforward access. This position also involves generating periodic reports, safeguarding confidential data, and assisting team members while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Input data from various origins into designated systems.
• Update incorrect or obsolete database entries to maintain data integrity.
• Check and confirm the accuracy of entered data to prevent errors.
• Organize information to enable swift retrieval and usability.
• Classify and manage documents for efficient filing and searching.
• Compile regular reports detailing data input volumes and information extracted.
• Ensure sensitive information is protected according to data protection guidelines.
• Support colleagues with their data entry assignments as required.
• Provide mentorship and on-the-job instruction to junior staff, facilitating knowledge sharing to achieve team goals effectively.
• Adhere strictly to departmental policies, standard operating procedures, and instructions to maintain process consistency and control.
• Engage in identifying and recommending improvements to systems and practices, focusing on productivity enhancement and cost efficiency.
• Prepare and submit timely and accurate departmental/unit statements and reports in alignment with company standards and policies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
• Educational qualification of a Diploma or completion of High School.
