Position Overview
CodeVertex System is seeking a Data Entry and Reporting Analyst to join our business intelligence and operations team in a fully remote capacity across the United States. This position involves gathering, organizing, inputting, and analyzing data from various internal systems and producing reports to aid management decision-making. Candidates will undergo a background check and credit screening due to access to sensitive business and client information.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately collect and input data from diverse internal and external sources into company databases and spreadsheets.
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly summary reports utilizing Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or proprietary reporting tools.
- Detect and document discrepancies or inconsistencies in data, escalating them to supervisors with clear explanations.
- Maintain well-structured and current digital records across several database and filing systems.
- Collaborate with team leaders to establish key performance metrics, develop tracking templates, and improve reporting processes.
- Provide management with summarized data-driven insights supporting operational decisions.
- Assist with routine audits, reconciliations, and data quality assessments.
- Achieve daily targets for data entry accuracy and productivity as determined by the team.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education: high school diploma; associate or bachelor degree in a related discipline preferred.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with strong data organization capabilities.
- Excellent analytical skills combined with meticulous attention to data accuracy.
- Comfortable handling large data volumes while ensuring consistency across multiple files.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace free from distractions.
- Ability to successfully pass pre-employment background and credit checks.
- No previous analyst experience necessary; complete paid training will be provided.
- Authorization to work in the United States is required.
Compensation Details
The annual salary range for this role is $40,000 to $55,000. Final pay is dependent upon experience, qualifications, geographical location, and company needs.
