Role Overview

As a full-time Data Analyst, you will have a direct impact on multiple departments by developing reports and automated dashboards. Your analyses will inform decision-making and foster data-driven strategies across the organization. Responsibilities

• Create and maintain automated dashboards and reports supporting various business functions.
• Collaborate with departments to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
• Analyze complex datasets and uncover trends to support business objectives.
• Participate actively in cross-functional meetings to ensure project alignment.
• Design, implement, and adapt evolving ETL processes to maintain data quality.
• Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance analytical capabilities.

Candidate Profile

• Brings 3 to 5 years of progressive experience producing advanced analytical deliverables.
• Possesses a curious mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguous objectives and derive clear solutions.
• Demonstrates strong business acumen and the capacity to communicate findings effectively at all organizational levels.
• Works collaboratively across business units to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Exhibits technical proficiency, especially in key analytical tools and methods.

Required Skills

• Advanced Excel expertise to manipulate and analyze data effectively.
• Proficient in querying relational databases using SQL, including complex joins, CTEs, aggregations, and window functions.
• Experience with at least one BI platform such as Power BI or Tableau to create impactful data visualizations.
• Strong capabilities in designing and maintaining ETL data workflows.
• Ability to convert vague business requests into specific, data-driven outputs.

Work Schedule and Location

This is an onsite position based in Brockton, MA, requiring daily presence from Monday to Friday during regular business hours.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of $80,000 to $90,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k), life insurance, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, and paid time off.
