Responsibilities
Candidates will deliver high-quality customer service, mainly supporting Telecom, Technical, Healthcare, or Banking sectors. The role requires managing inbound customer interactions in compliance with 24/7 shift patterns, with a focus on clear communication, email comprehension, and problem resolution.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in customer service, preferably in Telecom, Technical, Healthcare, or Banking.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Good email comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work in rotating 24/7 shifts.
- Graduates or undergraduates in relevant customer service fields are preferred but not mandatory.
Additional Information
The position offers a competitive salary ranging between 500,000 and 700,000 INR per year.
