Customer Specialist - AI Trainer

About the Role

We seek an experienced Customer Specialist to join our team as an AI Trainer. This role involves assessing AI chatbot performance by monitoring their development, analyzing the logic they employ, and resolving issues to enhance the overall quality of the AI models.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate advanced skills in writing, editing, and content creation. Backgrounds in Communications or Journalism are considered advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and critically review their outputs.
• Assess AI-generated content for accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong mastery of grammar, style, and ability to maintain brand voice consistency.
• While a Bachelor's degree (completed, ongoing, or in progress) is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.

Additional Information

• Compensation is paid hourly via PayPal in USD, including possible bonuses on select projects.
• Contractors have flexibility in project selection and work scheduling, executing assignments remotely from their own devices.
• This position is exclusively open to applicants residing in Ireland.
• No monetary payment is required from candidates; all financial transactions occur through PayPal, which manages any currency conversion fees.
