Core Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media platforms.
• Assist customers with order processing, shipping information, product details, and return procedures.
• Deliver thoughtful, high-quality responses aligned with company service standards.

Requirements

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum one year of online or remote customer service experience.
• Familiarity with customer support tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and approach issues with a solutions-focused mindset.

Technical Requirements

• Personal computer or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor or an equivalent.
• Internet connection with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps upload and download.
