Job Overview

Join Vijay Shanker Chandak & Co. as a Customer Relationship Manager based in Ludhiana, Punjab. This role involves managing and expanding relationships with B2B clients including dealers, distributors, retailers, manufacturers, and industrial customers, specifically focusing on bearings and related products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to current and prospective B2B clients.
• Maintain consistent communication with dealers, distributors, retailers, manufacturers, and industrial clientele.
• Identify customer needs and provide detailed product information about bearings and associated items.
• Generate new leads, perform regular follow-ups, and convert contacts into viable business opportunities.
• Document daily call activities, customer feedback, and follow-up actions within the CRM system.
• Foster lasting relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat sales.
• Follow up on pending quotations, orders, and payments with clients.
• Coordinate with the sales team by sharing qualified leads and capturing customer requirements.
• Re-engage with inactive or lost customers and explore new business avenues.
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly reports on calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Prior experience in B2B telecalling, CRM management, or related fields is preferred.
• Basic proficiency with MS Excel, CRM platforms, WhatsApp, and Email communication.
• Strong aptitude for managing customer interactions and conducting timely follow-ups.
• Confident, results-driven, and professional demeanor.
• Experience in the bearings or industrial product sector is advantageous.

Compensation and Additional Information

The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging between 10,000 and 20,000 INR.
