Gathbandhan Matrimony Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking energetic and customer-oriented individuals to take on the position of Customer Relations Officer at their Chennai branch. This role involves managing customer interactions and supporting clients with matrimonial profile coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and manage customer inquiries while providing clear relationship guidance.
• Coordinate efficiently with clients regarding their matrimonial profiles.
• Conduct follow-ups to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Meet and strive to exceed daily and monthly business targets.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient communication skills in Tamil; English language skills are advantageous.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Positive outlook with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
