Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Remote Curriculum Manager to lead the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of educational and training programs. This position involves managing curriculum development projects and ensuring learning content is engaging, effective, and aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation, evaluation, and continuous updating of curriculum for educational courses and training initiatives.
- Work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and relevant stakeholders to produce high-quality learning materials.
- Ensure all curriculum content follows adult learning principles and aligns with company objectives and industry benchmarks.
- Analyze learner feedback and performance data to make recommendations for curriculum improvements.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance procedures to maintain instructional consistency and effectiveness.
- Support the integration and use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technologies.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to curriculum developers and instructional design teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- At least four years of relevant experience in curriculum development, instructional design, education, or learning and development.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, Cornerstone, or Docebo.
- Understanding of instructional design frameworks like ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom's Taxonomy alongside adult learning theories.
- Strong leadership, project management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Preferred skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and e-learning content creation tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a remote work setting.
