Responsibilities
As a Crew Member, you will work at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere and provide outstanding customer service integral to the Chipotle experience. You will participate in thorough training to confidently perform duties and contribute to a clean, organized restaurant.
Requirements
- Exhibit a positive, eager-to-learn mindset and enthusiasm for working with others
- Have a passion for service and teamwork, supporting both customers and fellow employees
- Demonstrate willingness to learn cooking skills extensively
- Be at least 16 years old
- Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the restaurant location
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $21.00, plus eligibility for digital tips
- Full tuition assistance covering 100% of select degree costs or up to $5,250 annually
