About the Role
Imagine crafting compelling stories that captivate both children and adults under the iconic LEGO® brand. As a Creative Producer, you will transform creative briefs into captivating content, ensuring exceptional execution that resonates with diverse audiences. This is a fixed-term contract position for 6 months based in London with no relocation support provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative content formats tailored to both kids and adult audiences based on creative briefs.
- Convert briefs into detailed production plans that outline how ideas will be brought to life effectively.
- Oversee entire project lifecycles, from inception to delivery, managing deadlines, team resources, and ensuring high-quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal partners to understand their requirements and design creative solutions accordingly.
- Work alongside writers, designers, and other creatives to execute cohesive and inventive projects.
- Handle budget management alongside production teams to optimize resource allocation.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders throughout project progress.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and integrate relevant insights into project development.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Creative Producer or a comparable role within a creative agency or studio setting.
- Adept at interpreting briefs and transforming them into structured, actionable production workflows.
- Strong skills in copywriting, directing, or editing, with meticulous attention to detail and narrative structure.
- Excellent communication abilities to facilitate smooth collaboration and maintain project momentum.
- Capable of handling multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
