Role Overview
The Contracts Billing Procurement Engineer will be responsible for overseeing key commercial functions necessary for project execution and profitability. This includes managing running account and final billings, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), handling procurement and vendor relations, administering contracts, managing the tendering process, controlling costs, budgeting, and coordinating with various stakeholders.
