  • Collaborate with IT and software teams to implement system improvements and integrate the CLM platform with existing ERP systems.
  • Manage contract processes from initiation through execution, including document drafting, approval oversight, amendments, and monitoring contractual obligations.
  • Administer commercial contract tasks such as handling NDAs, MSAs, and vendor contracts; ensure data quality and accurate contract metadata for audit readiness.
  • Lead integration of AI functionalities like document intelligence, metadata extraction, clause classification, risk detection, and automated editing to streamline contract workflows.
  • Track system analytics and operational metrics to foster improved efficiency, scalability, and review outcomes post implementation.
  • Work cross-functionally with departments including Business Units, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and IT to ensure alignment between CLM capabilities and organizational needs.
  • Create user manuals, resolve software issues, and conduct training sessions to enhance software adoption among non-technical staff.
  • Commit to continuous professional development while mentoring junior colleagues in data science and digital project methods, fostering future tech leaders.
  • Engage in professional associations and contribute to the company’s profile through active participation.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in Legal Operations, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum four years’ professional experience with CLM or CRM systems, contract database management, or legal operational support.
  • Extensive experience designing and applying complex routing logic, digital signatures, and layered approval workflows within CLM platforms.
  • Proficient in contract review, drafting, and negotiation, especially commercial agreements.
  • Experienced in configuring enterprise CLM platforms such as LinkSquares, Ironclad, Conga, Agiloft, or Icertis.
  • Adept at analyzing workflows to simplify legal and financial processes and converting business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Strong communication skills with the capability to foster relationships across legal, finance, IT, and technical teams.
  • Knowledge of drafting templates and AI rule-playbooks for CLM automation; advanced user of Adobe and Microsoft Word; familiarity with Egnite considered an advantage.
