Role Overview

We are seeking a Content Creator primarily focused on video editing to support our busiest period of video production. This hands-on position involves editing, exporting, and uploading video content to our digital platform, turning extensive pre-recorded footage into polished, ready-to-use educational materials for schools.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit video content using Final Cut Pro or similar professional software, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with our brand identity.
• Export and format videos tailored for diverse applications across the digital platform.
• Upload and systematically organize multimedia content within our digital management system.
• Support the production workflow to guarantee timely and efficient delivery of content.
• Make minor edits or modifications to existing media when necessary.
• Ensure consistency in style, rhythm, and quality across all video outputs.

Candidate Profile

• Proven expertise with video editing software, particularly Final Cut Pro or comparable tools.
• Ability to process large volumes of content swiftly without compromising quality.
• Exceptional attention to detail, specifically regarding export settings, formatting, and content management.
• Comfortable maintaining structured workflows and managing workload within a three-day workweek.
• Reliable, organized, and able to handle responsibility effectively.
• Basic knowledge of digital platforms or content management systems is advantageous.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Experience creating content tailored for educational or youth audiences.
• Additional design or content creation abilities beyond video editing.
• Understanding of adapting content to diverse audiences, including SEND.

Compensation and Hours

This is a six-month contract position based on-site in Lubenham (close to Market Harborough) working three days per week (21 hours weekly). The pay rate is £13 per hour.
