Remarkable Digital is a Melbourne-based marketing agency focusing on eCommerce SEO and AI-Optimised marketing strategies to help online brands grow organically. Beyond traditional agency work, we also produce the eCommerce Australia podcast, featuring insights from founders and specialists in SEO, AIO, Shopify, and more, establishing a media arm within our business that requires creative video expertise.

Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Content Creator responsible for managing the visual content of three key areas: our Remarkable Digital video series and vlogs showcasing agency life, the eCommerce Australia podcast episodes including filming and editing, and video content creation for multiple eCommerce clients to drive sales and brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities

• Filming, producing, and editing podcast episodes from start to finish.
• Creating and editing engaging vlogs and video series that reflect our brand’s voice and culture.
• Collaborating directly with multiple eCommerce clients to design, shoot, and deliver compelling video content aligned with their brands.
• Editing longer videos into engaging short-form clips tailored for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts to capture viewer attention.
• Managing your own shooting schedule across internal projects and client work independently without direct supervision.
• Contributing original creative ideas to enhance storytelling rather than merely following preset shot lists.
• Organizing and maintaining video gear, footage, and file management to ensure efficient production workflow.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven real-world experience as a videographer, video editor, or content creator, demonstrated by a portfolio or showreel.
• Capability to handle solo shoots confidently, managing camera, audio, and lighting, as well as collaborating effectively when required.
• Proficiency using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable tools.
• A strong sense of what makes video content compelling enough to stop viewers from scrolling rather than just looking aesthetically pleasing.
• Ability to adapt comfortably to various environments including podcast studios, client warehouses, and office settings.
• Self-driven and organized, with the ability to manage your own schedule and workflow without the need for micromanagement.
• Bonus skills: experience in eCommerce, marketing, agency work, or podcast/audio production.

Additional Details

• Location: South Melbourne, Victoria, Australia – the role requires presence for studio time and on-site shoots.
• Employment Type: Full-time with flexible working arrangements focused on results rather than strict hours.
