Role Overview
The Contact Centre Agent position is based in Naas, County Kildare, Ireland. This full-time remote role involves delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-moving environment by handling inbound and outbound calls and resolving customer queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and initiate outbound calls to address customer needs.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all new, existing, and potential customers, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of company services, products, and procedures.
- Log customer queries using internal systems accurately.
- Meet individual and team performance targets consistently.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a contact centre setting is desirable.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
- Self-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
- Proficient in IT applications relevant to the role.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced atmosphere.
- May require a DBS check depending on the specific role applied for.
