Role Summary

We are seeking a Consulting Manager with 3-5 years of experience at a Big 4 or equivalent strategy or management consulting firm to lead high-impact advisory projects. This role involves partnering with C-suite clients to improve strategic decisions, organizational performance, and governance, while working within a dynamic, entrepreneurial team that values innovation. The position encompasses client delivery, business development, and contribution to service and technology evolution.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure timely delivery of consulting engagements across strategic advisory, board effectiveness, governance, and executive consulting services.
• Create actionable insights from strategy analyses and organizational diagnostics, translating these into practical recommendations.
• Support clients in strategy planning, operational models, performance frameworks, and executive reporting.
• Facilitate workshops and align senior stakeholders to accelerate decision-making processes.
• Produce high-quality presentations, reports, and board papers.
• Coach clients on communicating complex strategies clearly.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery excellence.
• Identify and leverage opportunities to expand advisory services and technological solutions.
• Contribute to business development including proposals, pitches, and relationship building with senior stakeholders.
• Engage in thought leadership, market-facing activities, and maintain pipeline management.
• Collaborate with Product, AI, and Technology teams to integrate advisory insights into digital solutions.
• Stay informed on trends in strategy, governance, AI, and performance improvement.

Required Experience and Skills

• 3-5 years experience at a leading strategy, management, or advisory consultancy.
• Proven track record in strategy, transformation, governance, or organizational performance consulting.
• Experience collaborating with senior executives and board-level stakeholders.
• Strong project management and multi-engagement handling capabilities.
• Business development and proposal experience.
• Workshop facilitation and senior stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strategic thinking, structured problem solving, and ability to translate complex challenges into actionable plans.
• Skilled in developing strategic plans, KPIs, operational roadmaps, and executive reporting frameworks.
• Excellent communication, relationship building, and influencing abilities.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.
• Interest in AI-enabled consulting and digital advisory technologies.
