Consultant - AI Developer

About the Role

This position entails the design, construction, configuration, and optimization of AI-powered agents within Moveworks Agent Studio, the enterprise chatbot platform for SIE. The selected engineer will oversee scalable, dependable, and enterprise-grade conversational AI implementations, assuming full responsibility for platform setup, configuration, and integration throughout the enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and enhance AI agents for enterprise applications, adhering to priorities and design frameworks from the Agents & Automations team.
• Collaborate closely with the Agents & Automations group to prioritize and deliver AI agents that align with company business goals and the enterprise roadmap.
• Manage the complete agent lifecycle, covering development, testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancement.
• Integrate backend systems via connectors and establish interoperability with other agents built on agentic platforms such as Snowflake, Snap Logic, Microsoft Copilot, or n8n/writer orchestration.
• Implement MCP-based integration methods.
• Utilize enterprise platforms like ServiceNow as a system of record and workflow automation engine to facilitate streamlined intelligent automation across IT, HR, and Finance domains.
• Enhance the enterprise chatbot, known as "Ask Nexus," to improve conversational flow, user interaction quality, and operational performance for all SIE users.
• Work jointly with cross-disciplinary development teams to deliver cohesive AI-driven solutions enabling comprehensive ITSM automation via ServiceNow Now Assist.
• Monitor, diagnose, and continually refine agent performance, precision, and user satisfaction levels.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B-Tech) or an equivalent engineering qualification.

Required Skills and Experience

• Advanced proficiency in Python programming, especially for AI agent logic development, MCP server/client creation, and custom system integrations.
• Practical experience with Agentic AI and MCP technologies, including installation, configuration, data ingestion, and plugin administration.
• Proven ability in developing chatbot solutions, encompassing application-to-application integrations and architectures based on MCP.
