Construction Project Coordinator

About the Role

Servpro of Buckeye is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator who will serve as the customer liaison to identify project needs and specifications, coordinate project administration, and support the internal team. This position requires someone who is self-driven, well-organized, and possesses excellent customer service skills to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain clear and effective communication regarding project details with customers and all project participants.
• Provide daily oversight of projects, ensuring quality and current status monitoring.
• Prepare preliminary cost estimates utilizing estimating software tools.
• Verify and review documentation from job sites for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to guarantee comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist and coordinate with other departments as needed to support project success.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma or GED preferred.
• A minimum of one year in customer service and/or office roles.
• Strong multitasking capabilities paired with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications is necessary.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is primarily a sedentary job within a dynamic office setting. Responsibilities include filing which entails lifting files, opening filing cabinets, and occasional bending or standing as the situation demands. Successful completion of a background check will be required following applicable laws.
