Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Commis 1 to become part of our lively culinary team. This role offers an exciting chance to collaborate with expert chefs in a bustling, prestigious hospitality setting that values creativity, collaboration, and high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare premium ingredients and dishes adhering to our culinary excellence standards.
• Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs in daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure consistent food preparation and attractive presentation.
• Uphold top-quality hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness protocols.
• Work cohesively with colleagues to craft outstanding dining moments for our guests.

Candidate Profile

• Experience as a Commis Chef, ideally within luxury hotels or high-volume dining establishments.
• A true enthusiasm for the culinary arts and hospitality industry.
• A strong desire to acquire new skills and advance professionally in a kitchen environment.
• Positive mindset, strong dedication, and ability to excel as part of a team.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
