Collections Manager - Front End

Role Overview

This position is focused on effectively managing and achieving collections targets to minimize credit losses and enhance recovery rates within the portfolio. The role demands continuous oversight of delinquent accounts and proactive work with defaulting borrowers to devise optimal recovery solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned collections targets while reducing credit losses in the loan portfolio.
• Enhance resolution rates by actively monitoring daily delinquencies and undertaking regular portfolio reviews.
• Engage with non-performing and defaulting borrowers to develop and implement effective recovery plans.
• Continuously monitor customer accounts to identify potential defaults or payment delays.
• Report regularly to management and cross-functional teams including Sales, Risk, and Policy on collections performance, delinquency trends, and critical issues such as fraud and negative profiles.
• Ensure all collections documentation is accurately maintained and compliant with internal protocols and legal regulations.
• Address and resolve customer complaints related to the collections process, ensuring positive outcomes for both the company and clients.
• Participate in audits concerning collections activities to uphold compliance and operational integrity.
• Collaborate with legal teams and senior management in cases of escalations, ensuring adherence to governing regulations.
