Cluster Reservations Executive

About the Role

Arow Hotels & Resorts, a budget hotel chain based in Jaipur, is seeking a proactive Cluster Reservations and Revenue Executive to oversee hotel bookings, optimize room inventory, and implement revenue-maximizing channel management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage hotel reservations received via phone, email, the hotel website, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
• Regularly update room rates and availability across all booking platforms.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as occupancy rates, average daily rate (ADR), revenue per available room (RevPAR), and competitor pricing strategies.
• Maintain OTA extranet accounts ensuring rate parity and accuracy.
• Generate detailed reports on reservations and revenue.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping departments to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure superior guest service while striving to maximize room revenue.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Between 2 and 5 years of relevant experience in reservations and revenue management.
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS), Channel Management tools, OTAs, and proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical abilities coupled with strong communication and customer service skills.
