Position Overview

The Clinical Trial Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the daily activities of clinical trials, ensuring smooth operations from initiation through completion. This position involves coordinating logistics, maintaining study documentation, overseeing patient recruitment, and ensuring adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements. The role requires collaboration with clinical teams, site staff, and external partners to facilitate effective trial progression.

Primary Duties

  • Oversee routine clinical trial operations including coordination of study logistics and budget management.
  • Serve as the main liaison for study participants and site personnel to maintain clear communication channels.
  • Ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory guidelines throughout the trial lifecycle.
  • Assist in patient recruitment and retention strategies to support trial enrollment goals.
  • Coordinate documentation and records management to maintain accurate and up-to-date study files.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Health Sciences, or a closely related discipline is required.
  • Demonstrated experience of 1–2 years in clinical trial coordination or clinical operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively within a team and with external partners.
  • Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, FDA regulations, and ethical standards governing clinical research is preferred.
