About the Role
A partner company is seeking a Client Experience Specialist, based remotely in Canada, to enhance client interactions within a health and wellness-oriented setting. This role focuses on providing personalized support, fostering client relationships, and delivering expert guidance across various communication platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional and personalized client service, acting as a reliable brand ambassador.
- Manage inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, live chat, social media, and face-to-face interactions.
- Arrange and coordinate appointments, offering customized service recommendations aligned with each client's objectives.
- Gain thorough knowledge of available services, products, promotions, and value propositions to inform client guidance.
- Drive revenue by promoting additional services, upselling, and leveraging promotional campaigns.
- Clearly and professionally explain fees, payment policies, invoices, and related queries.
- Conduct prompt and well-organized client follow-ups through multiple channels.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and consistent client experiences.
- Provide technical support for client-facing online platforms.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to aid in enhancing satisfaction initiatives.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring new team members.
- Adapt to evolving priorities while sustaining high service standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or a post-secondary diploma in Business, Health, or related disciplines.
- Have between 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, contact center operations, client relations, or customer loyalty positions.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations empathetically and professionally.
- Exhibit problem-solving capabilities, able to independently resolve issues.
- Show initiative, goal orientation, and a results-driven approach.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Possess strong organizational skills to manage multitasking and competing priorities effectively.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems is beneficial.
- French bilingual abilities are an advantage.
- Have a genuine passion for health, wellness, and supporting client goals.
- Be available to work a flexible schedule including shifts from Tuesday to Saturday.
