Overview

Royal York Property Management, a prominent residential property management company in Ontario, is seeking dependable and meticulous Cleaners to join their expanding team. The role encompasses a variety of cleaning tasks including move-in, move-out, vacant-unit turnover cleaning, and routine housekeeping in occupied homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute move-in and move-out cleaning services for residential rentals.
• Conduct thorough turnover cleaning in empty apartments and houses.
• Carry out regular housekeeping duties in occupied residences as needed.
• Clean multiple areas including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, floors, and shared surfaces.
• Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as scrubbing baseboards, and interiors of cabinets and appliances.
• Utilize a mobile application to receive job assignments, follow instructions, navigate with GPS, upload photos, and update the status of tasks.
• Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Report any damage, maintenance needs, or spots that cannot be cleaned properly.
• Travel independently between appointments using personal vehicles, carrying all necessary cleaning supplies.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of compensated professional cleaning experience.
• Capability to efficiently perform both move-in/move-out and regular housekeeping cleaning.
• Ownership of a dependable vehicle for transportation and supply carriage.
• Possession of personal cleaning tools and equipment essential for completing residential cleaning assignments.
• Ownership of a smartphone compatible with a mobile work application featuring GPS, camera, job updates, and instructions.
• Comfortable cleaning a wide range of surfaces and detailed areas including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinets, and appliances.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed cleaning protocols.
• Basic proficiency in English communication.
• Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to use GPS-based arrival confirmations.
