Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable cleaners to join our team in Randwick, NSW. This role focuses on leading cleaning teams to maintain exceptional hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout various facilities. Several full-time positions are open, offering shifts on weekdays and weekends based on award wages.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general cleaning tasks to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Perform spot cleaning of furniture and furnishings.
• Sweep and mop floors thoroughly.
• Clean toilets ensuring hygiene compliance.
• Collect and dispose of rubbish properly.
• Clean both interior and exterior glass surfaces.
• Dust all hard surfaces diligently.
• Maintain and detail hard floor surfaces to present a polished appearance.
• Lead and supervise day and night cleaning teams, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning environments is advantageous.
• Experience leading and managing cleaning teams during day and night shifts.
• Skilled in commercial cleaning duties, including toilet cleaning, waste management, and floor care.
• Ability to effectively work within a team setting.
• Capable of following instructions precisely and working independently.
• Strong eye for detail and quality.
• Excellent customer service aptitude.
• Reliable and punctual in attendance and task execution.
• Good knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work varying hours and public holidays as required.
• Experience operating floor care machinery such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is beneficial.
• Must have valid Australian work eligibility.
