About the Role

As a Cinema Experience Manager, you will be instrumental in leading the team responsible for creating this vibrant environment, inspiring guests from the excitement of premiere nights to the welcoming ambiance before any show.

Key Duties

  • Lead, inspire, and motivate cinema hosts during each shift to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of guest service, including retail operations, ticketing, and ushering responsibilities.
  • Ensure exceptional service quality, particularly during busy periods and popular film launches.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health and safety protocols, cleanliness standards, compliance regulations, and food handling procedures.
  • Conduct shift briefings and make operational decisions on-site to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Coach and develop team members to strengthen their skillsets, confidence, and career growth.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes and elevate guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing or supporting teams within hospitality, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
  • A leadership style grounded in encouragement and people-first values.
  • Strong communication abilities and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of safety, service, and operational excellence.
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts.
  • Safe and reliable transportation arrangements for late shifts.

Compensation

Starting salary is €15.15 per hour during the training period, progressing to €17.89 per hour upon successful completion of training and full qualification.
