Role Overview

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) position is full-time and remote, responsible for shaping and executing the company's technology vision aligned with its mission and growth plans. The CTO oversees the design, creation, and upkeep of software platforms and digital tools supporting caregivers, clients, and internal teams. This includes leading technology architecture decisions, ensuring systems are secure, scalable, and handling the entire lifecycle of digital products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct software engineering efforts and collaborate with operations and business units to shape IT strategy.
• Prioritize technology projects and enhance processes through data utilization, automation, and innovation.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing technology team fostering a collaborative culture.
• Manage vendor relationships and continuously explore emerging technologies to improve care delivery and business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in software development leadership and delivering reliable, scalable applications.
• Strong project management skills overseeing multi-disciplinary technology projects from inception to completion.
• Expertise in IT strategy aligning technology plans with organizational goals and operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of technology architecture and system design to build secure and integrated platforms.
• Experience in product development, including defining specifications, stakeholder collaboration, and iterative improvements.
• Leadership skills with a focus on team building, coaching, and nurturing an inclusive environment.
• Exceptional communication abilities to bridge technical concepts with business value for diverse stakeholders.
• Background in healthcare, home care, or related service sectors is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degrees or certifications are beneficial.
