Role Overview

We are seeking an inspired CEO to spearhead the company's growth and strategic direction. This pivotal role encompasses oversight of operations, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and expansion initiatives. Reporting directly to the board, the CEO will be tasked with scaling the business while maintaining the hallmark quality and artisanal excellence of the brand.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's strategic vision and expansion plans
• Manage daily operational activities, manufacturing processes, and project completions
• Accelerate revenue by exploring new markets, forging partnerships, and cultivating client relationships
• Assemble and mentor a high-caliber senior leadership team
• Take full accountability for profit and loss and uphold the financial well-being of the enterprise
• Act as the company's representative to key stakeholders including clients, architects, developers, and industry collaborators
• Enhance brand recognition within the luxury architecture and interior design segments

Desired Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated executive leadership experience in sectors such as construction, architecture, interior design, manufacturing, or luxury/premium industries
• Strong commercial insight with a successful history of business growth facilitation
• Experience working within the UAE or GCC markets is strongly preferred
• Exceptional abilities in building relationships with architects, developers, and clientele at the luxury level
• A pragmatic, hands-on leadership approach balancing visionary strategy with operational execution
• Current residence in or willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE
