About the Role

This position is for a Kitchen Associate in a chefless kitchen model located in Janakpuri, Delhi-NCR. The role emphasizes preparing and serving food by strictly adhering to standardized recipes, automation, and operating procedures without reliance on a traditional master chef.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food consistently using predefined recipes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Operate kitchen machinery and semi-automated cooking tools effectively.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation align with brand guidelines.
• Maintain hygiene, safety standards, and cleanliness within the kitchen environment.
• Manage portion sizes and monitor inventory use to minimize wastage.
• Assist in food plating, packing, and ensure timely service delivery.
• Report any operational challenges or equipment malfunctions to the store owner or manager.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen functioning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic understanding of food safety and proper handling practices.
• Ability to accurately follow instructions and standardized recipe guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) or cloud kitchens is advantageous but not mandatory.
• No formal chef certification is needed; necessary training will be provided on the job.
