Overview
InterGroup invites applications for an experienced CCTV Operator to join their team in Auckland. This role involves operating specialized CCTV equipment to inspect underground drainage and pipeline infrastructure across diverse projects in construction, infrastructure, commercial, and local authority sectors within the Auckland region.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize CCTV inspection technology to evaluate underground pipelines and drainage systems.
- Detect and document defects and assess asset conditions thoroughly.
- Accurately capture inspection data and prepare detailed reports using industry-standard software.
- Operate and upkeep CCTV vehicles and relevant equipment consistently.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and site personnel.
- Perform daily checks of vehicles and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company guidelines during all work activities.
- Provide assistance in pipeline cleaning operations and other related field tasks as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience with CCTV pipeline inspection equipment.
- Solid knowledge of drainage systems and pipeline inspection methodologies.
- Exceptional detail orientation to ensure precision in reporting.
- Competency with computers and inspection software applications.
- Possession of a valid New Zealand Class 1 driver's license.
- Strong dedication to workplace safety and health standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Capability to independently manage responsibilities and collaborate within a team environment.
Experience in traffic control, drainage, civil construction, utilities, or underground infrastructure activities is considered advantageous.
