Role Overview

The Cashier position at High Dive International’s client location in Ludhiana is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing customer payment transactions. Key duties include handling cash, card, and digital payments, issuing receipts, and operating POS systems accurately while ensuring balanced cash drawers at shift completion. Additional duties include maintaining transaction records, addressing basic billing inquiries, providing courteous customer service, and assisting with light administrative tasks like sales log updates and error reporting.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong skills in handling numerical data accurately, including cash and electronic payments.
• Effective communication and customer service abilities, demonstrating patience and professionalism.
• Familiarity with POS systems and billing or transaction software.
• Strict adherence to company protocols for record keeping and cash reconciliation.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and trustworthy in managing financial transactions.
• Able to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment.
• At minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in cashiering or retail is advantageous.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, potentially including weekends and evenings.
