Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcomes every customer with politeness and friendliness.
• Efficiently completes all purchase transactions, including merchandise deactivation following the Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) Program.
• Actively promotes company-sponsored initiatives such as credit card services, product protection plans, and charitable campaigns.
• Assists customers by bagging and helping load their merchandise.
• Adheres to safe working standards, using proper lifting techniques and maintaining a tidy workspace.
• Ensures the security and accuracy of the cash register by carefully managing cash, following company policies, and staying alert.
• Refers customers to a Customer Service Manager for additional services or transaction-related queries when necessary.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $16.15.

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicant must be 16 years or older.
