Role Overview

This full-time, on-site caregiver position located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, involves providing direct hands-on support to clients within their homes. Responsibilities include assisting clients with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility. Daily tasks may also involve monitoring client health, preparing basic meals, facilitating medication reminders as instructed, and ensuring a hygienic and safe environment.

Caregivers are expected to adhere to individualized care plans, accurately document client observations, and promptly communicate any changes in client conditions to supervisors or healthcare providers. The role further includes offering emotional support, companionship, and respectful interaction with clients and their families, while strictly following CareZone's policies and safety protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a caregiver or home health aide delivering personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Fundamental knowledge of caregiving techniques, including hygiene support, safe lifting and transferring methods, and mobility assistance.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and their families, fostering trust and understanding.
• Ability to comply with care plans, monitor client health conditions, and escalate health concerns appropriately.
• Dependability and strong time management to address multiple client needs and maintain timely care delivery.
• Awareness of health and safety regulations, infection prevention, and emergency response procedures within a home care context.
• Demonstrates empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity in interactions with diverse clients.
• Basic proficiency in English communication; familiarity with additional languages prevalent in Dubai is beneficial.
• Preferably holds relevant caregiving or healthcare certifications and possess previous experience in home healthcare settings.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Dubai complying with local employment and licensing standards.
