Care Assistant

Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated Care Assistants to join our team at Eden Court, a prestigious Retirement Village in Battersea, UK. This full-time position involves providing compassionate care to residents, including those with residential and dementia needs, within a luxurious setting comprising 28 independent apartments and a 71-bed care home.

Working Hours and Compensation

• 36 hours per week with alternating weekends
• Hourly pay at 15.03 GBP plus company benefits

Candidate Profile

• Physically and medically fit to perform all duties, with or without assistive tools
• Possession of NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent preferred; those without qualifications willing to attend training
• Strong team player with initiative, flexibility, and adaptability
• Capable of managing and prioritizing tasks efficiently, including working under pressure
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written
