Position Summary

The company is searching for an Investor Relations & Fundraising Manager possessing a robust network that includes venture capital firms, angel investors, family offices, and strategic financiers. This role demands securing an investment round of SAR 10 million to fuel the company's expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the fundraising strategy aligned with company goals.
• Identify prospective investors, initiate contact, and actively engage them.
• Foster and sustain strong relationships with investors.
• Effectively communicate the investment potential to interested parties.
• Organize investor meetings and facilitate due diligence processes.
• Lead and manage investment negotiation proceedings to closure.
• Collaborate closely with the Founder throughout fundraising activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven track record of raising capital for startups or rapidly growing enterprises.
• Established network of active investors in relevant sectors.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of venture capital and startup fundraising dynamics.
• Prior experience in investor relations is highly advantageous.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
