Business Process Consultant

About the Role

Our subsidiary, Jadaya, is looking for a Business Process Consultant to join the Professional Services team. This role focuses on leading the design, deployment, and enhancement of Business Process Management (BPM) solutions leveraging the ARIS platform. The consultant will collaborate with clients to transform business workflows, boost operational efficiency, reinforce process governance, and drive digital transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives in business process discovery, analysis, documentation, and optimization using the ARIS platform.
• Design, configure, and deploy ARIS components such as Process Design, Process Governance (APG), Process Mining, Reporting, Dashboards, and ARIS Connect.
• Create custom reports, scripts, macros, and automation through JavaScript and ARIS APIs.
• Conduct process mining to analyze data, identify bottlenecks, compliance gaps, deviations, and improvement areas.
• Develop interactive dashboards and BI solutions using ARIS Dashboards, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Handle data extraction, transformation, validation, and modeling for reporting and analytics.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering to understand business goals and challenges.
• Translate requirements into scalable functional and technical designs.
• Configure workflow automation and governance processes to enhance approvals and compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Troubleshoot complex ARIS-related technical and functional issues.
• Support integration between ARIS and enterprise software like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, HR systems, ERP, and document management tools.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, implementation guides, user manuals, and training resources.
• Engage in client presentations, solution demos, proposal development, estimation, and pre-sales activities.
• Stay updated on ARIS product updates, BPM best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance solutions.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in BPM, digital transformation, process intelligence, or enterprise architecture projects.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with ARIS platform implementation and configuration.
• Proven consulting background delivering large-scale BPM initiatives in diverse industries.
• Strong JavaScript programming skills.
• Experience creating REST API integrations and web services.
• Proficient in SQL programming, database querying, data modeling, and relational databases.
• Expertise in ETL (extract, transform, load) and data validation processes.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and complex formulas.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud tech and enterprise integration architectures is a plus.
• Strong business analysis, requirements engineering, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Capable of analyzing complex processes and recommending practical enhancements.
• Experience preparing business and technical documentation including requirements and design specs.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, verbal and written.
• Effective communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to clearly convey technical concepts to business stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Customer-focused consulting approach with strong client engagement capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• ARIS Professional or Certified Consultant credentials.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Process Excellence methodologies.
• Understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks.
• Experience with SAP Signavio or other BPM platforms.
• Background in consulting or professional services environments.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum.

The position is based onsite at client locations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates should be prepared for customer-facing consulting engagements requiring excellent communication and presentation skills.
