Role Overview
The School Implementation Manager will manage the onboarding, training, and seamless implementation of the Zene English AI program in partner schools, ensuring sustained support and program adoption.
Key Duties
- Oversee the complete execution of the Zene English AI program at partner educational institutions.
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding and training workshops for teachers.
- Deliver continuous assistance to promote effective usage of the program.
- Establish and nurture strong partnerships with school decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Monitor program engagement, collect feedback, and troubleshoot any issues in implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth delivery and user support.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 2 to 3 years’ professional experience in sectors like EdTech, education, publishing, customer success, or program implementation.
- Exhibit excellent communication, training capabilities, and proficiency in relationship management.
- Be open to traveling for school visits and conducting training sessions.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary between ₹30,000 and ₹40,000, dependent on qualifications and experience.
