Job Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Manager who will play a key role in expanding our adviser network, driving new business growth, and leading a team of advisers towards achieving high sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard insurance advisers to expand the sales force.
• Generate new business opportunities through effective adviser management.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of advisers to ensure peak performance.
• Motivate the team consistently to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing guidance to strengthen adviser capabilities.

Requirements

• Age between 21 and 42 years.
• Minimum educational qualification of graduation.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing roles.
