This full-time remote role requires a proven leader with over 20 years of expertise in business growth within the geotechnical and construction industries. The position involves strategic development, client engagement across India, and leading business expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement strategies aimed at achieving robust company growth.
• Identify and acquire new projects spanning infrastructure, geotechnical, and construction sectors.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with government entities, EPC contractors, consultants, and private sector clients.
• Lead technical presentations, client discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
• Monitor upcoming tenders and potential business opportunities nationwide.
• Collaborate with estimation, engineering, project, and management departments during bid preparations.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors to inform business tactics.
• Prepare comprehensive business forecasts, sales analytics, and revenue projections.
• Act as the company’s representative at client meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Drive attainment of annual business objectives and revenue targets.

• At least 20 years of experience in business development within construction or geotechnical industries.
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Extensive networking experience with government bodies, EPC contractors, infrastructure consultants, and corporate clients.
• Strong background in preparing technical and commercial proposals alongside contract negotiations.

• Deep knowledge of geotechnical engineering and related ground improvement technologies.
