Position Overview

Olis Trading is seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant to join our team immediately. This role involves driving business growth through strategic client acquisition and market research.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand B2B business by conducting thorough market analysis and securing new clients.
• Apply consultative sales techniques to design solutions tailored for client success.
• Develop comprehensive technical and financial proposals effectively.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Maintain and nurture strategic client relationships for long-term cooperation.
• Ensure smooth coordination and project handover within internal teams.
• Provide market insights and promote brand awareness actively.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1 to 3 years proven experience in sales and business development roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Fluency in English and native proficiency in Arabic.
• Experience in the training or education sector will be considered an advantage.
